Their hotel is top notch. The room amenities were up to date but would recommend separate washer and dryer. There is round the clock coffee. The game is there for the children to entertain themselves. The front desk crew was very jovial and welcoming

This location resides within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg. We did not move our vehicle during our visit. There are some nice views from certain villas. My kid loved the water park. They are in the process of upgrading the villas.

We stayed the week after Thanksgiving. This employees were so wonderful, very friendly and so knowledgeable. The location is PERFECT. Now, here comes the bad.... The soaker tub in the master bedrooms was FREEZING because the hot water heater isn't big enough to support the amount of water needed to fill up the tub. This was a first for us, as we always use the tubs for our kids and this could not be used unless you wanted them to freeze. Which was ALMOST as disappointing as the set up of this resort in relations to the pool.... Whoever thought it was a good idea to have guests walk outside to get to the pool needs to be replaced. The indoor water park is actually part of the hotel next door and not the resort. Which means you have to walk through the side of the parking garage on the outside of the building to get into the water park offered. Also, the sales department window looks over the entire waterpark. Which means employees were staring at us the entire time we were at the water park. The design of this set up was deeply flawed and should be remedied. With that said, the employees were very friendly and the location of the resort was really perfect. But these major flaws in the resort is why we will not be back. After visiting resorts in various states, this is one we will never return to. Very disappointing.

Quick 5 min walk to downtown. They currently renovating rooms to upgrade the the stay. The water park/ splash pad was good for all ages. Nice heated outdoor pool and the out door hot tub was good. Good view of the mountains and

We're here at least 2x/ year. It's just a few hours drive from home and we LVE it. Convenient location within walking distance of just about everything. The Log Cabin Pancake House is right across the street. Wish it had a bar/restaurant on site, but other than that, it's one of our favorite resorts.

For us great location, off beaten path. Nuce walk to main drag. Unit recently updated, extremely nicely done. We had a 1/1, perfect for us! Exceptional. The staff are all so great and accommodating...made us feel extra special. Highly recommend.

Never disappointed when I stay here. Even through their renovations, management was very cautious conscious about making sure all guests were still able to enjoy their stay. Savvy - you’re the best and I hope to see you again behind the counter when we visit again.
